Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from when your order is placed. If your order is received after midnight EST on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
As soon as your order is received, we personally begin to prepare it for shipment. We give your cork product a final quality inspection, and prepare your package with the greatest care and attention to detail. We ensure your items are packaged in a secure way, while using the minimum necessary amount of natural and recycled paper padding materials.
We continue to be fully operational, but in light of COVID-19, we are trying to limit our outings as much as possible. Please allow for 24-72 hours for order fulfillment during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Rates and Couriers:
Domestic (USA and Canada): We are located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and offer free local delivery within 30 kms of downtown Ottawa. All other Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. US orders are sent via USPS and UPS. We offer calculated shipping rates, in which the weight and distance of your package are calculated to allow you to pay the most accurate price for the shipping label of your choosing. You will see options displayed at checkout for shipping for USPS First-Class Packages, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground. We offer free shipping over $75 for all Canadian and US orders.
International: We offer calculated shipping rates for international shipping as well, where you can choose your preferred courier and rates at checkout. We offer all UPS Worldwide options, DHL Worldwide, and USPS Priority International Mail.
Pre-orders:
If a product is on pre-order, you will see a button on the product page that says "pre-orders" instead of "add to cart." This will allow you to place an order for a product that is currently not in stock at our facility. In this case, please allow for up to 2-4 weeks before your product is shipped and your tracking information updated. If you have any questions about the specific arrival time of an item on pre-order, please don't hesitate to send us a message!
Gift Wrapping and Gift Notes:
If you would like to send someone a gift, please let us know in the notes section and we will be happy to personalize the item purchased for you. We can also package your gift utilizing eco friendly materials, and will do this for you at no extra cost. If you wish to write a short message for your gift recipient, we will include it as a hand-written card in your package. Don't worry, we have great penmanship and an eye for detail!
